Entering the forestry we visit a small reservoir before a short but steep climb to a main path where we'll ascend to the larger hidden reservoir of Cefn-Cwrt, high above the surrounding countryside.

We'll then use a little known path in this most beautiful forestry/woodland, walking on a carpet of golden leaves.

There will be extensive views over the Swansea bay coast before descending the inland section of the Wales Coast Path to McDonalds at Briton Ferry (No! we’re not stopping for a McFlurry!).

We’ll join the Neath Canal towpath on our way back to Jersey Park where hopefully, we’ll see the Armistice Day decorations.
