An easy 20 mile round trip Bodmin to Padstow stopping in Padstow for a gourmet lunch. I did this the other day with a friend and it really is a super ride that will not exhaust you so perfect for the occasional cyclist like me.

There are some great eateries in Padstow (I don't mean the Stine chain either) so chance for a lovely lunch as well as exercise and views.
