Moderate cycle ride of 30 miles

A spectacular route, mainly on lanes with some climbing but nothing too strenuous.

The route follows the foothills of the Bowland Fells and the Lancashire Cycleway to Caton. We then head to the village of Hornby with its castle, pretty church and pub.

The return is on low hills above the River Lune and quiet lanes back to the University.

Numbers on this ride are limited to 30.
