A 7 mile walk, including some steep slopes, to Oxlow House, Rushup Edge, Sparrowpit, Middle Boxmoor Farm , Below Quarry.
Good views of Mam Tor and Rushup Edge
Food & Drink: please bring a packed lunch and something to drink. We plan to have a pint or a coffee at Rushop Edge Hall, or possibly a pub in sparrowpit or Peak Forest.
Equipment: walking boots, waterproof jacket and trousers, warm clothing. Trekking pole(s) recommended if normally used.
